You may be looking at how you can electronically track your patients and their visits which in turn tracks the revenue and expenses at your site. Are you already using a tracking system? Are you looking to purchase a system? What has been your experience in simplifying the process?

Hi, I just posted regarding looking into a software program for our site. Do you have any suggestions as to the best ones out there? Thanks

Have you tried Clinical conductor from bio-optronic (http://www.bio-optronics.com/Products/ClinicalConductor/Default.aspx). You can contact Michael Bonavilla for a demo at mbonavilla@bio-optronics.com

We use Clinasyt, which is helpful, as it allows us to search our database by indication, meds, inclusion/exclusion criteria. Also schedules our appts & will track financials. But I love clinical conductor as I saw it at a meeting & would like to hear from others actually using it.

We use clinasyst however there are a lot of quirks in the system and no real training guide for new employees that is clear.
Have looked into other systems however to merge the other over the expense has not been worth it.
