Registration Fee (per workshop)

Fee includes workshop manual, continental breakfast and two refreshment breaks daily.
Discounts for Same Workshop
10% for two or 15% for three participants from the same organization. Participants must register at the same time to qualify.
Workshop Hours
8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
These workshops are accredited for Nursing Contact Hours Awarded by the The California Board of Nursing.
CRST reserves the right to change instructors and/or workshop dates. Every effort will be made to notify you if either becomes necessary. CRST will not be responsible for any cost incurred, including airfare (or penalties) and hotel, as a result of a cancellation or change of instructor or workshop date.
Cancellation Policy
31 calendar days prior to workshop--100% refund or full credit toward
future workshop. 14-30 calendar days prior to workshop-- Refund
less 15% administrative charge or credit toward future workshop less 10% administrative
charge.
Less than 14 calendar days prior to workshop-- No refund, credit toward future workshop less 15%.
Substitutions are allowed at no charge. Please send us any name changes.
Hotel Reservations
Call the hotel direct and mention the CRST Workshop to receive
special rates. Rates may only be available up to 30 days prior
to the workshop. If you need to cancel, call the hotel before 6:00
p.m. the day of arrival. Late notification or no shows may result
in a penalty billing by the hotel.
