Lester Levine – Founder and President

Mr. Levine is an executive with deep experience and expertise in learning, organizational change and strategic talent management. Mr. Levine founded CRST in the early 1990’s after managing a similar business and seeing a need for a business uniquely serving clinical research site training needs, unconnected to sponsor industries. In the nearly 20 years since, he has developed a unique perspective of site needs from interacting with workshop participants and conducting extensive surveys of investigators and coordinators.

In addition to leading CRST, Mr. Levine consults internationally for a major human resources consulting firm. His consulting work has often involved the bio-pharmaceutical industry.

He holds B.A. and M.Ed. degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, the latter in Instructional Design. He has won major international awards for innovative training programs, including a Silver Medal at the NY International Film & Video Festival and the Best Product of the Year from the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI).
