Cancellation Policy

• A registrant canceling 31 calendar days or more prior to the workshop will receive a 100 percent refund or full credit toward a future workshop.
• A registrant canceling 15-30 calendar days prior to the workshop will receive a refund less a 35 percent administrative charge, or credit toward a future workshop less a 20 percent administrative charge.
• A registrant canceling less than 15 calendar days prior to a workshop is not eligible for a refund, but can receive credit toward a future workshop less a 25 percent administrative charge.

“No shows” will not receive a refund or credit toward a future workshop. Full payment for the workshop is required.

Substitutions are allowed at no charge. Please send us any name changes.

CRST reserves the right to cancel a workshop or change instructors and/or workshop dates. Every effort will be made to notify registrants if either becomes necessary. CRST will not be responsible for any cost incurred, including airfare (or penalties) and hotel, as a result of a cancellation or change of instructor or workshop date.
