CRST offers in-house and customized workshops to meet the needs of individual sites. We offer on-site presentations of our public programs to enable one or more local sites to provide needed training to groups of their professionals without the time and expense of traveling. CRST has provided on-site programs for leading sites such as Johns Hopkins. The Cleveland Clinic, Geisinger Health System and Stanford University.

We can also customize our offerings to meet specialized needs. We have provided such programs for a range of clients from the U.S. Armed Forces to a cosmetic firm. We are providing such training for the Ontario Cancer Research Network.

On-Site Workshops

Having your full staff “up to speed” and “on the same page” regarding GCPs and trial management enhances your site for trial sponsors. We know that travel is often a barrier to providing professional training for the full staff at many sites. We can help. We can bring CRST to you-- to your site-- to your city. For 10 people, the cost is about the same as sending 10 people to another city; for 15, 20, or 30 people, the savings are significant.

We have also worked with smaller sites to include attendees from other sites in their local market to promote a session and share the savings. For example, several sites in a location where CRST does not typically offer workshops may cooperate to hold a workshop at one of their locations. Please contact us for details.

Customized Workshops

CRST workshops are built on a modular framework which enables them to be “mixed and matched” to your needs, both in terms of content and length. We can also tailor our regular workshops to include your own SOP’s and issues. Our experience has shown that having an external consultant conducting training can help validate and reinforce your key training priorities.
